Mahindra unveiled a special edition Mahindra Mirzya motorcycle which has been featured in Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra’s upcoming movie, Mirzya. The motorcycle has been launched in India and will be available with a price tag of Rs. 46,750 (ex-showroom, Delhi).
The Mahindra Mirzya is a version of Centuro. It shares the same platform as the Mahindra Centuro, albeit with minor cosmetic and sticker changes. The Mirzya comes with the same engine of Centuro, a 106.70cc, single-cylinder, MCI-5 engine that adapts to terrain to enhance pick up and mileage; which Mahindra has developed indigenously. The engine comes with 8.4Bhp of power and 8.5Nm of torque.
The Mirzya version of the Centuro will come with standard features such as alloy wheels, flip key and LED tail-lamps, as well as distinctive body graphics. It also gets a chrome-finished silencer heat-plate instead of the standard Centuro’s black-finished one. The Centuro Mirzya is likely to be available in the drum-brake version of the Centuro. But it is left to be seen if the disc-brake version will be available once it is launched.
