Yamaha R15 Version 2.0 and R15 S ready to launch with auto headlamp On feature. The headlamp switch will be eliminated from the instrument cluster.
The feature is aimed to improve visibility of a motorcycle and will become a safety norm from April 2017. Apart from all time runnind headlamps, ABS and CBS will also mandated for two-wheelers. We can soon see these safety features on upcoming motorcycles. Due to these added features, the production cost will also increase. So we can soon see a price rising in coming days.
Curently there is no change in the price of R15. The R15 Version 2.0 will available for Rs. 1,18,373 and Rs. 1,15,241 for R15 S.
